The science behind why this Hemp Extract is proving to be so effective is based on the Human Endocannabinoid System. The endocannabinoid system also includes the “cannabinoid receptors” or CB receptors that they bind to. There are two major types of cannabinoid receptors in our bodies: CB1 and CB2. CB1 RECEPTORS
The CB1 receptors are primarily located on nerve cells in the brain, spinal cord, but they are also found in some peripheral organs and tissues such as the spleen, white blood cells, endocrine gland and parts of the reproductive, gastrointestinal and urinary tracts.

Will I fail a drug screening from taking Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil?
Most work-place drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of Cannabidiols or other legal natural hemp based constituents. However, studies have shown that eating hemp foods and oils can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens. Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of drug testing or screening, we recommend (as does the United States Armed Services) that you DO-NOT ingest this product. Prior to consuming these products consult with your healthcare practitioner, drug screening\testing company or employer.
Is our Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil THC free?
No. However, our Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil is well below the federal THC limit of .3% THC. We analyze levels of Cannabinoids in the hemp extract and Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil. See Certificate of Analysis.
What sets our Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil apart from all other hemp oils on the market?

What does Nano-Enhanced mean?

No. To be clear, organic certification programs for hemp oil do not exist within the USDA. What is the purpose of phosphatidylcoline?
It is the emulsifier used to stabilize the small oil droplets and it is highly beneficial nutrient that is a choline source and beneficial for cell membrane, liver and brain function.
What extraction process is used to create the hemp extract from the hemp plant?
Our hemp oil is extracted via a 2-part process:
1) Ethanol Extraction – which brings out the oils, cannabinoids and resins from the plant to provide raw materials; then goes through a secondary purification process called.
2) Simulated Moving Bin Chromatography – a high-end extraction method which pulls out the THC in the extraction process.
What are Phytocannabinoid diols?
Phytocannabinoid diols are chemical compounds containing two hydroxy groups originating from the industrial hemp plant.
How many milligrams of Phytocannabinoid diols are in the Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil?
In a single serving (2mL) of Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil there are 16 mg of Phytocannabinoid Diols.
What is the purpose of Phosphatidylcholine?
Phosphatidylcholine (sunflower seed oil) is the emulsifier or encapsulating agent used to stabilize and enhance absorption of the small oil droplets. PC is a highly beneficial nutrient that is source of choline for cell membranes, aiding in liver and brain function.
Do we use PEG (polyethylene glycol) in our Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil formulation?
We use tocophersolan (TPGS, tocopherol polyethylene glycol succinate-1000) in our formulation for stabilizing the lipid membranes. Tocophersolan is a synthetic water-soluble version of vitamin E that is an amphiphile – meaning it has both water soluble and fat soluble sections, making it useful as an emulsifier. To be clear, polyethylene glycol it is NOT ethylene glycol, as in antifreeze, and is NOT a plastic.
Tocophersolan has a record of safety based on decades of use in animals and humans and on reported toxicology studies. Dosing studies in humans with digestive malabsorption (i.e. cholestasis) at 40-50 times higher concentrations than that in our Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil for over two years showed no adverse events. To achieve this safety level, the absolute highest grades of ingredients were needed in order to avoid the contaminants that make common polysorbates questionable for extended dosing. These high grades of raw materials make tocophersolan ~10X the cost of polysorbates and other commonly used emulsifiers. It is so clean, that it was give the safest rating for an additive by Environmental Working Group. It is safe for transportation, storage and handling. Tocophersolan has a self-affirmed GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) status when used as an oral dietary supplement of vitamin E.

Is the hemp extract and Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil tested for microbes and metal impurities?
Yes, all incoming hemp extract is tested for microbes, metals, pesticides, herbicidal residues and residual solvents. Metals, microbes, and potency testing is then repeated on the final product, Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil.
With the December 14th ruling by the DEA, can we sell out Nano-Enhanced Hemp Oil in every state?
We believe so. In a statement to the International Business Times, Robert Hoban, a Colorado cannabis attorney and adjunct professor of law at the University of Denver said, “This action is beyond the DEA’s authority. The DEA can only carry out the law, they cannot create it. Here, they’re purporting to create an entirely new category called ‘marijuana extracts,’ and by doing so wrest control over all cannabinoids. They want to call all cannabinoids illegal. But they don’t have the authority to do that.”
After consulting their legal advisory team, the Hemp Industry Association has also chimed in, stating, “There is general agreement that yesterday’s ruling did not change the status of Phytocannabinoid Diols.” The HIA noted the following important facts:
- Sec. 7606 of the Agricultural Farm Act 2014 hemp is defined as distinct from marijuana and does not treat it as a controlled substance.
- HIA strongly disagrees with the DEA position and is ready to take action to defend should the DEA take any action to block the production, processing or sale of hemp under Sec. 7606
